Return Policy
This Return Policy explains how to send back Temoria products purchased through Dloxarinoaghiman and how refunds are processed. Consumer rights under EU law remain unaffected where mandatory rules apply.
Scope, geography, and product type
Rules below apply to food supplement units shipped to addresses we serve. Temoria is not a medicinal product; return eligibility follows distance-selling and hygiene rules for sealed foods, not pharmacy rules for prescribed items.
Right of withdrawal
If you are a consumer in the European Union, you may withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days of receiving the goods without giving reasons, unless an exception applies. The withdrawal period ends 14 days after you acquire physical possession of the last item in a single order.
Exceptions for sealed goods
Food supplements supplied in sealed packaging are not eligible for return once the seal is broken, if hygiene or health protection would be compromised. This follows Article 16(m) of the Consumer Rights Directive implementation.
Defective or damaged parcels
If goods arrive damaged or incomplete, contact us with photos of the outer packaging and affected items. We will propose replacement or refund in line with statutory warranty rules.

Refund timing

Costs
Unless goods are defective, you bear direct return shipping costs when the right of withdrawal applies and we informed you of this cost before purchase.
